We are looking for experienced Tile Setters to complete jobs on a contract basis. The applicant must be able to perform the following: Have own tools and transportation to and from work site Cut tiles and shape them properly to ensure they fit around obstacles and in tight corners and odd spaces using power and hand tools Form tile beds using concrete, plaster, mastic, cement, glue or mortar utilizing tools such as screeds, brushes and trowels Align tiles and straighten them with straightedges, levels and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise Cut, install, polish and surface granite and marble and ensure accuracy during the installation process for lasting results Prepare various surfaces for tiling with waterproofing material or lath and by cleaning the surfaces properly Create decorative wall and floor designs by laying and setting mosaic tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms Tap tiles into place carefully using tools to properly adhere tiles to the base, making sure not to break or damage tiles Follow blueprints precisely and mark and measure surfaces that need to be tiled to determine how to go about job Our company is rapidly expanding and we are striving to build the personnel resources to serve our customers. We are looking for experienced Framing Carpenter to complete jobs on a contract basis. The applicant must be able to perform the following: Erects walls, floors, and roofs. Install doors and windows. Interpret construction plans. Prepare building materials. Make repairs. Install trim. Prepare and clean work site to company and customer standards. Must be able to provide self transportation to and from work site. Must be able to provide owned tools to complete projects; preferred however, not required. We are looking for experienced Painters to complete jobs on a contract basis. The applicant must be able to perform the following: Residential and commercial exterior and interior painting. Provide self transportation to and from job sites. Provide tools and equipment needed to get the job complete (preferred) Site prep and clean up to customer and business standard. We are looking for experienced General Laborer to complete jobs on a contract basis. The applicant must be able to perform the following: Demo, site prep, and site clean-up Painting Tile Work Plumbing Roofing Kitchen/Bathroom Installation Load materials, tools, and equipment on truck & off Transportation to and from job sites. Provide tools and equipment to complete the project (preferred) Unrestricted lifting ability.
